For the programming of a website there is free code available on the internet that you can download and put into place to create forums, chat rooms, and shopping carts.  Although webpage creation software can help you create forms, it doesn't help you write or 'hook up' the PHP code needed to process your form with a database, or to send the form information in an email, or post its results on a webpage. 

If you need a database, many hosting services provide an interface to create one.  The problem is you need to know how to build one.

Because there's so much involved in creating a website yourself, we've created easy to use tools (listed in the left bar) to help you quickly put together your website.   We show you an example visually of what the tool will create.  We teach you how to maintain your website (make your own changes).

We also will help you understand how hosting works and can set your hosting up for you. If you're going to need a shopping cart, you'll also need a SSL certificate  and some kind of payment ability.  We'll help you with that also.
